DESCRIPCIÓN
El objetivo de este estudio es determinar si el anticuerpo monoclonal BMS-986218 por si solo o en combinación con inmunoterapia es seguro y tolerable en el tratamiento de tumores sólidos. Cohortes abiertas pulmón y melanoma post terapia anti PD1 y en pulmón además post 1 línea de Qt.

Criterios de inclusión: Pulmón y melanoma IV post anti PD1

Inclusion Criteria:
- histologic or cytologic confirmation of a solid tumor that is advanced (metastatic, recurrent and/or unresectable)
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status of 0 or 1
- Participants must have received, and then progressed, relapsed, or been intolerant to at least 2 standard treatment regimens with proven survival benefit in the advanced or metastatic setting according to tumor type, if such a therapy exists
